Wunderhorse guitarist Harry Fowler released his debut solo album, Blankets, without an advance announcement on October 30. The independently released record is available to stream, with “Perfect Colours” accompanying its arrival as a single.

The eight-track release gathers songs written across roughly a decade. NME reports a vinyl edition limited to 300 copies through Fowler's website. That number describes a physical pressing, rather than a cap on the audience for the streaming album.
Eight tracks, with two pieces bearing the album's name
The sequence reported by The Line of Best Fit opens with “Stoner Talk” and ends with “Gameboy.” Between them are “Blankets 1” and “Blankets 2,” alongside “Eclipse,” “Forget,” “Perfect Colours” and “Interlude.” Those two title pieces are separate entries in the same eight-track set.
Official Charts lists Blankets under Fowler's name. It is a solo catalogue entry, not the announcement of another Wunderhorse album. The band's studio releases remain Cub and Midas, issued in 2022 and 2024 respectively.
A limited edition and an available album
The useful collecting question is which edition a limit applies to. Our Flaming Lips format comparison separates several physical options, while the Back to the Beginning release guide distinguishes a standard package from a later box. Here, the reported 300-copy limit concerns vinyl; listeners can already choose streaming. Current store stock has not been independently checked.
